Is it really self-hosted?
Yes. Invoicer runs on your own server (standard PHP & MySQL). Your customer and revenue data stays entirely with you — nothing is sent to a third party.
Do I pay every month?
No. It's a one-time licence — you own it and host it. No per-seat subscription, no surprise renewals.
Does it handle SST?
Yes. Tax is applied per line in Ringgit, with a default rate you set once. Totals, tax and balances are calculated for you.
Can I run more than one business?
Yes. Add as many companies as you need and switch between them with one click. Each has its own clients, catalogue, branding and invoice numbering.
Can my staff have limited access?
Yes. Assign a role per company — Admin or Staff — so the right people see the right things. Someone can be an Admin in one company and Staff in another.
Can you move my existing data across?
Usually, yes. As part of setup we can bring your existing clients, products and invoices over so you start with your real data, not a blank slate.
What do I need to run it, and do you help install?
